I dont get the add on craze. I have played since vanilla and played without add ons. Ive gotten AOTC for 3 expacs as a pugger without DBM, and Pugs are not forgiving.

Ive done mythic bosses in previous expacs and patches without DBM. I dont have friends or guildies who carry me either. But, If this is all true, appeal. Explain your situation to Blizzard. Blizzard has said caught innocents in their ban wave before.

That's why you can petition to have a ban revoked. They took a second look at it and still said 'nah, you cheated'. OP ran a botting program. Look, like I said, if they found something we shouldn't have - FINE! I accept that they have something. I'm not contesting that. But from the info we have, we have NO idea what it would be, and they won't (can't) tell us.

So we are trying to figure it out. We know we haven't botted, so we're a bit lost and confused. You're trying to jump through a rather small hoop on this one.

One of you botted. The ban wave was for people running specific bot programs while playing WoW and that would be the exact reason you were banned. If you petitioned to have the ban lifted and they refused, they had sufficient evidence that there was a bot program running. You can't 'accidentally bot' or have an addon that will trigger this.
