Tomb Raider 2013 Congratulations You Have Successfully Installed Downloadable C

I bought tomb raider survival edition through origin, downloaded it through origin. But when I went to install it said it had to be installed through steam. I clicked to open stean but steam was offline and It said it needed to be online to install so I put it in online mode. Now when I go to install the game it looks as though its installed (with a play button) but when I click it it tells me to install it. But there is no way to install it and I can see no way to unistall it, its like it isnt even in my computer.
